Job Description
Premier Outdoor Power Equipment is a fast‐growing dealer group with four locations across the Central Coast, Newcastle, and Lake Macquarie. We are seeking a dynamic and results‐oriented Customer Service Lead to join our expanding team.
Responsibilities
* Set the standard for exceptional customer service
* Coach and develop team members while fostering a positive, productive work environment
* Manage the group's marketing plan, including events and sales promotions
* Work closely with business owners to meet targets and growth goals
* Guide customers through the sales process, identify needs, and recommend the right products
* Operate the POS system efficiently and accurately
* Analyse customer feedback and data to drive continuous improvement
* Train the team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices
Qualifications
* 5+ years of sales experience in a customer‐facing role (retail or outdoor power equipment industry experience is ideal)
* Genuine passion for outdoor power equipment and a desire to share your knowledge
* Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and resolve concerns professionally
* Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
* Proven proficiency operating POS systems
* Fast learner who is keen to expand product knowledge
