What You'll Be Doing
Managing and coordinating schedules for residential construction projects (single storey homes)
Preparing procurement schedules, take offs, and materials lists
Liaising with site supervisors, suppliers, subcontractors to keep timelines on track
Proactively identifying potential delays/issues and solving them early
Helping to improve scheduling processes for efficiency and consistency
What we're looking for
Strong experience in project homes within residential construction
Good knowledge of WA building codes, materials, and construction methods for single storey homes
Strong communicator, happy working in a team oriented, family culture
Comfortable with scheduling software and Microsoft Office tools
