Job Description The Cultural Safety and Engagement Specialist will foster a respectful, inclusive workplace environment that promotes cultural safety for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees. They will provide expert advice, guidance, and support to leaders in the Region on creating culturally safe work environments while adhering to cultural safety protocols. This role involves providing support to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples through facilitating access to culturally appropriate supervision, mentoring, peer support networks, communication skills development activities.
