We do this through promoting New Zealand and attracting people to visit our beautiful country, the ultimate destination in a way that benefits the beautiful place we call home.**What will you be doing** **|** **Ngā whainga**This is a key leadership opportunity responsible for leading Tourism New Zealand's earned communications strategy in Australia — one of our most important international markets.As Public Relations Manager, you'll set the strategic direction for PR, communications and storytelling to drive preference for New Zealand as a holiday 'll lead high-impact earned media programmes across broadcast, digital, influencers, partnerships and other bold and innovative content projects ensuring strong integration across Paid, Owned, Earned and Trade channels.Leading a high-performing PR team, you will manage agencies partners and work closely with stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand. Building trusted relationships with media, industry representatives and travel trade will be at the heart of who you are.This role plays a critical part in building New Zealand's reputation in market — proactively identifying high-impact opportunities, managing media risk, and delivering standout storytelling that amplifies Destination New Zealand's brand.**What you will need** **|** **Ngā pūkenga mō tēnei tūranga**You're a strategic, creative and confident PR leader who thrives in fast‐paced, high‐profile environments.
