Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional resident care and support.
Your primary focus will be on maintaining a schedule of check-ins to ensure all residents' needs are met. You will work closely with the care team to identify and address any gaps in resident care, proactively problem-solving and communicating effectively with residents, families, and staff members.
You will also play a vital role in fostering a culture of kindness, curiosity, and great care within our home. This includes demonstrating the Bolton Clarke values-in-practice and promoting a positive and inclusive environment for all residents and staff.

Requirements
* Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills are essential for this role. You will be required to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff members, ensuring that all needs are met and concerns are addressed.
* Care Knowledge: You must have good care knowledge and be able to apply this knowledge to deliver high-quality resident care.
* Compliance Requirements: Familiarity with compliance requirements is necessary to ensure that we meet all relevant standards and regulations.
* Systems Knowledge and IT Skills: Good systems knowledge and IT skills are essential for this role, including proficiency in using various software and technology platforms.
* Mandatory Learning: All mandatory learning must be up-to-date, including flu and Covid vaccinations.
