This is not a desk job. This is a leadership role at the heart of a busy, multidisciplinary health hub, including Dental, Medical, Physiotherapy and Podiatry. Where performance, people and patient experience all matter equally.
GMHBA is looking for a strong, empathetic, commercially-savvy Location Manager to lead our Belmont Hub and help shape the future of community healthcare.
Why this role matters
You'll be the operational engine of the hub - setting direction, lifting performance, and creating an environment where clinicians and teams can do their best work, every day.
You'll own the day-to-day, drive growth, lead a large team, and make sure patients walk away feeling genuinely cared for.
What you'll be doingOwning the end-to-end performance of the Belmont HubLeading, coaching and inspiring a large multidisciplinary teamBalancing commercial outcomes with exceptional patient experienceKeeping operations running smoothly - staffing, systems, standards, complianceDriving growth, efficiency and continuous improvementManaging budgets, margins and P&L performanceBeing the calm, capable leader when things get complexChampioning GMHBA's values, culture and customer-first mindset
This role is for you if you…Have led a complex healthcare or medical setting and loved the challengeKnow how to run a tight operation without losing the human touchAre comfortable managing 30+ staff, performance metrics and changeBring a strong commercial mindset and natural leadership presenceCommunicate with clarity, confidence and empathyThrive when you're trusted to lead, not micromanaged
What you'll bring8+ years' leadership experience in healthcare or a similar complex environmentProven success delivering growth and high performanceYou must be systems savvy, with high to advanced software, excel and reporting skills to be able to operate and understand multiple practice management systems and software programs.Strong financial, operational and people leadership capabilityConfidence using practice management systems and digital toolsVCE or equivalent (practice management qualifications highly regarded)
