We are currently recruiting a Head of Performance Media & Digital to join our Performance Marketing & Revenue team.
As the Head of Performance Media and Digital, you will be a pivotal leader driving the strategic direction and execution of performance marketing across our diverse portfolio of media and entertainment brands.
In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of performance media budgets and lead a high-performing team of specialists to maximise the efficiency of our media spend to achieve our key subscriber growth, engagement, and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive performance media strategies and manage budget allocation, pacing, and forecasting across all digital channels to meet acquisition and ROI goals
Continuously optimise the digital channel mix including SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic Video and Display, and Affiliates to scale successful campaigns and ensure best-in-class execution
Establish robust KPI frameworks, lead in-depth performance analysis, and facilitate weekly optimisation sessions to drive data-driven, agile adjustments to live campaigns
Collaborate closely with analytics and data teams to enhance attribution models and improve measurement capabilities ensuring a holistic view of subscriber acquisition and marketing performance
Foster a culture of continuous learning and accountability within your team of digital marketing specialists to drive innovation and performance
Monitor industry trends, emerging ad technologies, and competitor activities within the dynamic media and streaming landscape to maintain our competitive edge
About your experience
7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with experience in a leadership role ( media, entertainment, or subscription-based business highly desirable)
Proven track record of managing large-scale digital media budgets and consistently exceeding performance targets (e.g., CPA, ROAS, LTV).
Deep expertise across all major digital advertising platforms with previous hands on experience on paid search and social (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, The Trade Desk, TikTok Ads, etc.). Paid search experience is a must
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Advanced understanding of attribution models, incrementality testing, and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, MMPs).
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience building and motivating high-performing teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is highly desirable.
