You will also be responsible for receiving goods and invoices, responding to supplier queries, and maintaining accurate records.

* Assist with client billing, month-end journals, and ad-hoc tasks
* Support the maintenance of healthy accounts payable practices and accurate reporting
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements
* Previous experience in finance administration
* Familiarity with SAP and Ariba (preferred)
* Solid understanding of project accounting in operations or maintenance settings
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
