ChoiceOne are seeking Registered Nurses with occupational health experience and a solid interest in clinical governance. This role offers a mix of clinical practice and project work, combining hands-on services with auditing, policy development, and service improvement.
You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with poisons permits, delivering vaccination programs, and supporting emergency medical systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a registered immuniser with robust organisational and communication skills who is looking for variety and responsibility in their next role.
Key Responsibilities
Lead clinical governance projects and poisons permit management
Deliver onsite vaccinations, drug & alcohol testing, and pathology collection
Manage stock control, vaccine management, and compliance
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and quality assurance documentation
Support emergency services coordination and reporting requirements
Assist with client proposals, service delivery reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
AHPRA Registered Nurse with immunisation certification
Minimum 3 years’ experience in occupational health nursing
Robust project management and clinical governance knowledge
Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Able to work independently and liaise with senior stakeholders
