Account Manager – Exhibitions & Custom Stand Builds

We're partnering with a leading custom exhibition design and build business that delivers high-impact brand experiences across trade shows, expos, and commercial environments. Due to continued growth, they're looking for a commercially savvy Account Manager to join their team.
The Role
You'll be the key point of contact for a portfolio of clients, managing projects from initial brief through to bump-in. This is a hands-on role where relationship management meets project coordination and commercial delivery.
Duties will include:
Managing and growing existing client accounts
Taking detailed briefs and collaborating with design and production teams
Preparing proposals, quotes, and timelines
Overseeing project delivery from concept to installation
Identifying upsell and repeat business opportunities
Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
About You
Experience in exhibitions, events, shopfitting, display, or custom build
Strong account management and client relationship skills
Commercially minded with the ability to spot growth opportunities
Highly organised and confident managing multiple projects
A natural communicator who can liaise with clients, designers, and production teams
