At Infinite Aged Care, our housekeeping assistants play a vital role in creating positive daily experiences for our residents.
About the Role
In this hands‐on, fast‐paced role, you will:
* Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, lounges, dining areas, and hallways.
* Follow all infection prevention and hygiene protocols while performing cleaning tasks.
* Maintain work areas in a clean, safe, and hazard‐free condition.
* Work collaboratively with the team, showing initiative, common sense, and a willingness to help others.
* Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for residents, making every interaction meaningful.
This is a physically active role requiring daily bending, squatting, lifting, and pushing. You must be able to perform these tasks safely to protect yourself, your team, and our residents.

About You
* Previous experience in a laundry, cleaning, or similar support role.
* A warm, friendly, and compassionate approach, with a genuine desire to support and engage with our residents.
* Strong commitment to workplace health and safety, with the ability to follow procedures and communicate clearly with your team.
* Proactive in supporting residents in dining areas, helping to maintain a safe, clean, and hazard‐free environment.
* A confident problem‐solver who can work independently, take initiative, and adapt in a fast‐paced setting.
* Reliable, hardworking, and flexible, with good availability to cover a variety of shifts
