As a Correctional Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary healthcare and/or mental health services to individuals within the correctional facility. This role requires a compassionate and adaptable individual with strong clinical skills and the ability to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities: Conducting health assessments and developing individualised care plans. Providing primary healthcare services, including wound care, medication administration, and management of chronic conditions. Assessing and managing the mental health needs of patients.
