Our client is a Not-For-Profit working in the oil and gas sector specialising in oil spill response.
**Your new role**
Support the Deputy General Manager, Preparedness with the delivery of training including;
- Lead the delivery of the training portfolio
- Oversee the administrative functions of training delivery
- Manage all aspects of compliance with the Nautical Institute accreditation standard for oil spill response courses
- Maintain online eLearning platform for the delivery of online and blended courses
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Recent and proven experience in a training advisor role, overseeing the development
- and delivery of competency-based, accredited training,
- Demonstrated ability in training design, development and continuous improvement (for face-to-face and online learning),
- Demonstrated ability in maintaining compliance with accreditation technical
- standards,
- Experience in facilitating adult-learning with strong communication, problem-solving
- and conflict resolutions skills,
- Demonstrated organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills,
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a larger organisation,
- Proficiency in using computer software including, but not limited to; Microsoft Office (incl Teams, OneNote) Participant management system (Axcelerate or similar) Online learning platform (Moodle or similar)
- Must hold a current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or higher education qualification.
