Education Program Manager
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Education Program Manager. As a key member of the education team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering education programs that promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
The successful candidate will have expertise in diversity and inclusion, excellent communication and project management skills, and experience in developing and delivering learning and development programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement education programs that align with organizational goals and objectives
* Translate research outcomes into practical learning products and resources
* Manage and expand existing e-Learning program to enhance accessibility and engagement
* Review, update, and customize education materials in response to emerging trends and feedback
* Deliver education programs to members and non-members through virtual and in-person sessions
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure programs meet learning needs and identify future opportunities
* Represent the organization at events, conferences, and other external forums
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience developing and delivering learning and development programs
* Expertise in any area of diversity and inclusion (e.g., race, age, disability, intersectionality)
* Ability to translate research into practical tools for our membership base
* Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for developing and delivering programs
