Job Opportunity: Service Management Role

As a service manager, you will oversee a team of dedicated professionals who share your commitment to delivering exceptional services. Your primary focus will be on driving performance, ensuring that key performance indicators and contractual obligations are consistently met.

* Establish clear direction for the effective operation of your team across various locations;
* Develop and maintain a culture of high performance within the business;
* Provide leadership, supervision, coaching/mentoring, feedback, and opportunities for growth to your team members;
* Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting and forecasting as directed by senior management;
* Take responsibility for business risk, governance, contractual, and financial performance with transparency to senior management;
* Encourage a team environment that prioritizes client satisfaction and excellence in service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure team KPIs and contractual obligations are consistently met and exceeded;
* Develop the capacity of your team to perform and contribute through leadership and supervision;
* Lead and motivate your team to achieve exceptional results;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
