You're a Group Business Director in the Business Management team. You're helping clients navigate their brand journey, supporting both their creative direction and their business strategy.
Reporting to the Client Partner, you sit at the intersection between strategic vision and creative execution, building client relationships and working in a dynamic team to deliver high quality results.
You will collaborate closely with cross‐functional teams to ensure that all work is executed to the highest standard and exceed client expectations.
A Day in the Life:
* You treat your clients' businesses like they are your own.
* You lead strategic client partnerships, providing senior‐level counsel that helps clients navigate complex business challenges in today's dynamic marketplace.
* You oversee multiple account teams simultaneously, managing high‐level budgets, resource allocation, and ensuring consistent quality across all deliverables.
* You orchestrate collaboration between departments, bringing together creative, technology, strategy, and production teams to deliver integrated solutions that exceed client expectations.
* You champion innovation at a group level, identifying opportunities to implement emerging technologies and methodologies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across multiple accounts.
* You balance competing priorities across various clients and projects, maintaining calm leadership during high‐pressure situations while ensuring both client satisfaction and team wellbeing.
How will we know that you are the one?
* You've demonstrated your ability to drive significant business growth for clients while nurturing and developing your team members to reach their full potential.
* You're adept at integrating cutting-edge technologies like generative AI into client strategies, balancing innovation with practical implementation across multiple accounts.
* You're a respected voice in client and agency meetings alike, articulating complex strategies with clarity and conviction that inspires confidence at all levels.
* You're experienced in leading large-scale accounts, rolling out production shoots, and heading up projects that move fast and are constantly evolving.
* You have a proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of accounts, and steering large-scale projects through to successful completion.
* Commercial awareness with developing business acumen.
Other things that will make you excel in this role:
* 8+ years of progressive client management experience within the advertising industry, including team leadership responsibilities.
* Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
* Exceptional business acumen, strategic vision, and the ability to translate client business challenges into effective creative solutions.
* Experience managing and mentoring multiple account teams simultaneously.
* Outstanding attention to detail coupled with big-picture strategy.
