Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Program Communications Manager to lead change management activities across the program, developing and executing effective plans to drive desired outcomes.
The successful candidate will have expertise in assessing change impact and readiness, recommending strategies for managing identified issues. Additionally, they will oversee communication for programs of change, ensuring understanding and commitment among stakeholders.
In this role, you will work closely with internal communications teams to deliver consistent key messaging, provide strategic advice on change management, and monitor, evaluate, and report on change management effectiveness and progress against plans.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute effective change management plans to maximize desired outcomes.
* Assess change impact and readiness, recommending strategies for managing identified issues.

* Monitor, evaluate, and report on change management effectiveness and progress against plans.
