The Role
Located in Hurstville, NSW, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team working in the insurance law space. The role involves managing a high-volume, front-end litigation practice focused on recoveries across the insurance and commercial sectors. We offer a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days at home) for full-time employees, requiring a minimum of 4 days per week.
Responsibilities
Prepare court documents and applications related to debt recovery
Assist in preparing legal documents for enforcement
Collaborate with major clients and participate in court proceedings across Australia
Provide legal administrative support, including online court filing, drafting, and legal research
Communicate regularly with clients and involved parties via phone and email
Manage time effectively and build strong relationships
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage time and meet business needs
Personable, professional, with strong customer service skills
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing daily tasks
Prior court experience (desirable)
Attention to detail
Quick learner of new software applications (DebtCol experience is a plus)
