Front Office Team.
We are seeking a warm, welcoming, and passionate individual to join our esteemed Front Office team at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney, where every interaction with our guests is an opportunity to create a lasting impression.
As a Guest Service Officer, you will be the first face guests see when they arrive and the last person they interact with when they leave – making you an integral part of our guests' experience.
Your role will be to provide a heartfelt welcome to each guest, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process, and addressing any requests or concerns with a genuine desire to enhance their stay.
You will be the trusted guide to everything our hotel has to offer – from our exquisite restaurant and bar to our world-class spa and event spaces.
With your deep knowledge of our services and amenities, you will have the chance to truly enrich our guests' experience, ensuring their stay is nothing short of exceptional.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, assisting with check-in, check-out, inquiries and special requests.
Perform various administrative duties such as processing reservations, handling phone calls, and maintaining accurate records.
Address any guests' enquiries effectively and professionally.
Qualifications
Exceptional communication skills and a natural gift for engaging conversation.
Dedication to creating unforgettable guest experiences.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
Adept time-management skills to ensure seamless operations.
Previous experience in a front-desk or guest-service role, with a strong understanding of hotel operations and customer service principles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work a rotating roster including the weekend, evening and occasional overnight availability.
Proficiency in using the OPERA system is an advantage.
