In this role, you will:
* Lead the commercial setup and execution of major Rail Infrastructure projects in Sydney, including complex, high-value contracts
* Manage commercial governance across hybrid target cost contract models, including scope variations, risk, and financial performance
* Drive contract, change, and claim management in collaboration with project and contract teams
* Take ownership of project P&L, ensuring delivery of financial targets, cash flow, and profitability alongside the Project Manager
* Build and lead a high‐performing commercial team, fostering a culture of integrity and accountability
* Engage with customers and stakeholders to resolve commercial matters and ensure project success

* Strong experience in commercial project management within rail infrastructure or a complex project‐based environment
* Proven expertise in contract negotiation, change management, and claims within large‐scale projects
* Commercial and financial acumen, with solid knowledge of controlling, accounting, and project financials
* Degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
