Job Overview
As a leader in our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering an exceptional client experience. You will work closely with the store management to lead the team in a fast-paced environment.

* Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and consistently raise the performance and capability of your team through coaching and development.
* Utilise and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager and Senior Beauty Advisors.
Responsibilities
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be working across all our categories – beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness – as well as store functions of sales, management, and back-of-house operations.
* Work across multiple areas of the business including sales, management, and back-of-house operations.
* Collaborate with the store management to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
* Maintain a strong, positive culture where everyone is valued, recognized, and empowered to succeed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous retail management experience across profit & loss management, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite for daily reporting.
* A passion for excellent client service and experiential retail to represent the brand.
