Main responsibilities include:
* Manage a portfolio of workers' compensation claims with empathy and professionalism.
* Provide timely, customer-focused support to injured workers and employers.
* Collaborate with technical specialists, injury management professionals, and mobile case managers.
* Deliver accurate information and guide clients through their entitlements and obligations.
* Participate in claim reviews, case conferences, and client meetings as needed.
* Ensure compliance with legislation and company standards while delivering exceptional service.
The ideal candidate:
* Experience in customer service (medical, hospitality, retail, or corporate experience highly regarded).
* Can come from retail or hospitality backgrounds.
* Strong communicator who's empathetic, organised, and proactive.
* Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
* Collaborative team player with excellent attention to detail.
* Motivated to grow and develop in a meaningful, people-focused role.
