We are a manufacturing company seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Regional Sales Manager. This position involves driving sales growth, building customer relationships and achieving targets.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining strong relationships with customers, generating quotes and managing pipeline orders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
* BUILD and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers via phone and in person.
* Maintain a schedule of sales calls.
* Generate and provide high levels of quotes and follow through with pipeline orders.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
* Provide sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business or marketing (desirable but not essential).
* Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or sales management preferably in manufacturing.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Ability to analyse data and make informed business decisions.
