Business Operations Manager



About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to oversee the administration function for our General Freight division in Dubbo.



Main Responsibilities:



* Oversee all administrative tasks, including entry, pricing, and invoicing of consignments.

* Manage auditable records for Chep and Loscam pallet accounts.

* Support Operations and Logistics Manager with allocation and coordination of consignments.

* Provide professional communication to customers.

* Ensure timely delivery of information and reports.

* Work closely with the General Freight General Manager.




Key Qualifications:



* Highly experienced Office Administration Manager with a strong track record of delivering results.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Able to work effectively in a team environment.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
