As a Retail Floor Team Member, you’ll be the face of our store—serving customers, processing sales, and keeping the retail area running smoothly. This is a hands-on, varied role that works across all retail departments and is essential to our customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers on the retail floor
* Provide product advice and recommendations
* Process transactions accurately at the checkout
* Restock shelves and maintain product displays
* Keep the retail area clean, safe, and welcoming
* Assist with stocktakes and inventory management
* Support in-store promotions and events
* Help with general store duties as required
* Work flexibly across all retail departments as needed
What You’ll Need:
* Friendly, customer-focused attitude
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team
* Attention to detail and willingness to learn product knowledge
* Physically fit and able to be on your feet throughout the shift
* Right to work in Australia
* Willingness to work rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays
* Willingness to complete required training (TTHG e-learning)
* Employment may be subject to a pre-employment medical assessment
Desirable:
* Previous retail or customer service experience
* Experience with POS or inventory systems
Employment Terms:
* Position is offered on a casual basis for the first 12 months
* Option to transition to part-time or full-time employment after 12 months, based on performance and business needs
* Rostered hours: (insert typical or minimum hours based on current recruitment needs). Additional hours may be available by agreement
