Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with the preparation and formatting of leasing and property-related documents.
* Conducting searches through Landgate, PPSR and ASIC.
* Preparing and lodging documents with Landgate, PPSR and WAPC.
* Liaising with clients and third parties to support smooth matter progression.
* File opening and closing, data entry and billing support.
* Providing general administrative assistance to the Property team.
* You will receive guidance and mentoring as you build your technical skills and confidence.
What We're Looking For
* This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their legal support career. The successful candidate will have:
* An interest in property law and a desire to build a long-term career in the field.
* Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Outlook.
* Excellent attention to detail and formatting skills.
* Fast and accurate typing.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team.
