**Your new role**

The Quality & Compliance Administrator provides assistance and support to the Team through the appropriate administration of the Client Management System, Data Analysis and generation of appropriate reports. You will also have responsibility for:
- Incident Management
- NDIS Reporting
- Restrictive Practices
- Medication Management administration
- Policy and Procedures
- Data Collation and Analysis
- System Management of the CMS
**What you'll need to succeed**
***
A background working in Community Services (minimum 5 years) or Nursing would be highly desirable.
- A comprehensive understanding of the NDIS framework, or ability to obtain quickly
- Outstanding attention to detail; this is a critical component of the role
- Demonstrated experience with data analysis and report writing
- CRM experience
- Solid computer literacy including Microsoft Suite and SharePoint
- Experience in a systems administrator role
- A positive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with all stakeholders, including Participants and their families
- RWVP card with NDIS endorsement, National Police check and unrestricted drivers licence.
