We're partnering with a fast-growing Australian technology business within the education sector that is currently expanding its Service Desk team. Due to exciting projects and growing client demand, they're now seeking a Level 1 Support Engineer to join their team.

The Role
As a Level 1 Support Engineer, you'll provide both remote and onsite IT support across Australia. You'll play a key role in delivering technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing IT solutions. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on problem solving and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system
* Diagnose and resolve common technical issues such as password resets, software installations, printer connectivity, and email configuration
* Escalate complex issues to Level 2 support with clear documentation
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of all support interactions in the ticketing system
What You'll Need
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a helpdesk or IT support role
* Understanding of basic networking principles
* Experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments
* Previous experience within an MSP or external IT provider (advantageous)
* Must hold Australian permanent residency or citizenship
