Deliver and optimise high-quality digital experiences by guiding AEM and EDS solutions Sydney location with great WFH flexibility About the role The Senior Platform Consultant supports the delivery, optimisation, and enhancement of the Digital Experience Platform (DXP), providing technical guidance and ensuring scalable, high-quality solutions. With hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Edge Delivery Service (EDS), this role guides technical decisions, reviews build quality, and ensures alignment with best practices, governance, and business goals. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help deliver dynamic, customer-centric digital experiences that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems. What you'll do Shape digital experience strategy by collaborating with business and product leaders, ensuring alignment with evolving customer needs and business objectives Advise on AEM architecture and best practices across Sites, Assets, Forms, and Headless to ensure scalability, performance, and alignment with goals Drive technical and delivery excellence by supporting implementation, reviewing solutions, and guiding delivery teams on AEM capabilities Ensure platform interoperability and integration with enterprise systems, enabling smooth data exchange and consistent user experiences Enforce governance and compliance across content lifecycle, permissions, workflows, and regulatory requirements Foster continuous improvement through performance monitoring, emerging technology adoption, and optimisation initiatives Mentor teams and engage stakeholders to drive adoption and uplift capability What you'll bring 5 years’ experience delivering Digital Experience Platforms with Adobe Experience Manager (Sites, Assets, Forms, Headless) and Edge Delivery Service Expertise in implementing and optimising AEM solutions across web, mobile, and omnichannel Strong skills in AEM design, integration patterns, performance tuning, and deployment strategies Proficient in integrations with analytics, identity, and RESTful APIs (JSON, GraphQL, Adobe I/O) Knowledge of web performance, responsive design, and accessibility (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals) Experience in building applications with Adobe Edge Delivery Service (EDS) Senior Platform Consultant PD.docx If you require any support and adjustments to participate equitably in our recruitment process or in the workplace, we encourage you to contact phillip.jarratt@suncorp.com.au for a confidential conversation.
