If you’re nearing completion of a Graduate or Postgraduate qualification that qualifies you for registration and practice as an Occupational Therapist, our 2026 Graduate Program could be for you!

We have multiple opportunities available in the following locations (please specify the location, you are applying for in your cover letter):

- Salisbury
- Modbury North
- Hindmarsh
- Warradale

About the Graduate Program Role

Our graduate program starts with a supportive and extensive six‑month orientation that includes:

- an intensive initial orientation, blending collective learning with all our new graduates and practical time at your office to meet and shadow your peers
- weekly clinical supervision with further informal supports
- regular coaching from your team leader to adjust to the challenges of work, and
- a diverse clientele with a chance to deliver services to children, young people and adults living with disability, as part of a multi‑disciplinary team

Novita also offers graduates:

- continuing clinical supervision, where you can work to develop a clear professional development plan to ensure you continue to receive the tailored support you need
- a supportive workplacewith great team culture
- the chance to work with and learn froma broad range of other highly skilled allied health professionals
- in‑house training programs to help develop discipline‑specific skills and knowledge in providing assessments, consultations and therapy programs, and
- access to regular team meetings and opportunities to share ideas and build positive and strong working relationships

About you

As well as being aligned with Novita’s ICARE values, you will bring:

- registration (or impending registration) with the professional body relevant to your discipline
- an innovative, resourceful and creative therapy approach that reflects a competent level of professional knowledge and skill
- demonstrated exemplarycustomer service skills
- ability to communicate effectively with clients, family members, colleagues and leaders
- current working with children check and NDIS worker check
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to use you own vehicle for work‑related travel is desirable

We’re serious about safeguarding our clients. If you don’t have a current NDIS Worker Check and SA Working with Children Check, we’ll let you know how to obtain these prior to starting work with us.
