About the Role - Assistant Store Manager
As part of the management team, you will support the Store Manager in daily operations. You will bring confidence, energy, and a passion for customer service to motivate your team and achieve store goals.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Assist and support the Store Manager in all aspects of store management
* Visual Merchandising
* Store Administration
* Training and coaching new team members
* Delegating tasks and managing the team effectively
* Providing leadership and guidance to the team
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and attractive store front
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
* Monitoring and maintaining appropriate inventory levels
* Delivering energetic customer service with a sales growth mindset
* Providing assistance to customers and resolving queries professionally and promptly
The successful applicant will also have:
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to connect positively with customers and team members
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* A friendly, energetic personality
* A desire to deliver high-quality customer service
* A current or willing-to-obtain police check
