Images is also available for hire as a wedding reception venue or function room for events.
About the role
Images requires a qualified and experienced full-time Restaurant Manager to lead our kitchen operations team and front of house staff. Suitable applicants should have extensive experience as a café or restaurant manager in recognised hotels and/or restaurants.
The main duties of this position include but are not limited to:
* Menu planning (alongside Kitchen operations team);
* Purchasing of supplies in accordance with budget;
* Maintaining stock levels;
* Planning and organising functions, including catering for weddings;
* Selecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff;
* Responsible for customer satisfaction; and
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.

Ability to commute/relocate: WARRNAMBOOL, VIC 3280, - Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education: Diploma in hospitality management or equivalent work experience (Required)
Experience: Restaurant manager or equivalent: 3 years (Required)
