About the role
We are currently seeking ERZ Controllers to join our Centurion underground mine located 160 kilometres west of Mackay. Multiple roles are available in Outbye, Development and Longwall (on track to launch early 2026). This role is a permanent prospect offered as a 7:7 day/night roster with FIFO and DIDO options. Flights will be included for candidates flying from Brisbane into Moranbah, and relocation assistance will also be offered to the right candidate.
Key responsibilities
* Perform statutory and compliance inspections in line with legislation and Centurion SHMS.
* Ensure teams operate production processes and equipment safely.
* Deliver maintenance schedules in accordance with statutory and site regulations.
* Facilitate crew/shift communication sessions.
* Achieve and drive agreed production targets safely.

About you
* A solid safety and risk management focus
* Effective communication and team player
* 3rd Class Managers Certificate of Competency or Deputy's Certificate of Competency
* Competent in supervisory skills
* Proficient in S1, S2, S3 and risk management and investigation
* Commitment to high performance standards
* In addition to the above, you will have a genuine commitment to safety and demonstrate a sound understanding of risk and hazard identification.
* You will be an exceptional team member with a flexible attitude and sound work ethic.
