About the Role: This is a high-volume, outbound customer contact role where you'll provide support to existing clients while helping to grow the business through quality referrals.
Key Responsibilities
* Make 100+ outbound calls daily using automated dialer tools
* Follow structured scripts and contact cycles
* Provide admin support on behalf of Broker teams:
o Requesting loan statements
o Updating customer details
o Supplying payout letters and documentation
* Educate customers on finance and insurance services
* Refer sales opportunities to Broker teams
* Guide customers through online car insurance processes
Who We’re Looking For:
* Experience in high-volume outbound calling
* Comfortable using dialers, scripts, and structured workflows
* Strong multitasker – able to manage calls, emails, and CRM updates at once
* Tech-savvy and open to working with AI tools and automation
* Professional and friendly phone manner
* Proactive mindset with an eye for referral opportunities
