With a solid focus on service, innovation and community, we’re expanding rapidly – and we want you to be part of that journey.

The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, Mandarin/English speaking Sales & Business Development Manager who thrives on building relationships, closing deals and driving growth.

This isn’t just another sales job. You’ll be shaping strategy, opening doors in the Chinese business community, and creating partnerships that drive real growth – all while working alongside a high-performing team and a world-class brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive new business growth across B2B and B2C markets with a strong focus on corporate accounts.
- Leverage your Mandarin/English skills to build lasting partnerships with the Chinese community and beyond.
- Create and execute winning sales strategies that smash targets and deliver results.
- Be the face of SIXT at industry events, networking functions and client meetings.
- Work closely with senior leadership, operations, and branches to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Provide clear insights through reports, forecasts and pipeline management.

About You

- A proven track record in sales and business development (minimum 1–2 years). Automotive, leasing, or mobility experience a plus – but not essential.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English – essential for engaging with our diverse customer base.
- Confidence in negotiation, presentations, and closing deals.
- A self-starter mindset – ambitious, driven, and ready to make an impact.
- Commercial acumen, leadership potential, and a true passion for customer excellence.
- Full Australian working rights.

Why SIXT?

Be part of a world-leading mobility brand with global recognition. Work in a fast-growing business where your impact is visible and celebrated. Join a collaborative, high energy culture that values initiative, ownership and results. Genuine career growth opportunities as we continue our aggressive expansion across NSW. Competitive package with performance incentives.
