About the roleReporting to the Reliability Lead Track, you will provide engineering advice, execute tasks, perform analysis and benchmark the maintenance function's end-to-end performance. Proficiency inroot cause analysis (RCA) : Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough RCA to identify underlying issues and develop corrective actions. Experience withcondition monitoring technologies : Familiarity with tools and techniques used for monitoring equipment health and performance. Ability to work independently and in a team environment: Proven capability to manage tasks autonomously while collaborating effectively with team members. Adaptability and flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing conditions and requirements within the operational environment.
