We are currently seeking a motivated Apprentice Chef to join our team at Ranges Village. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience and completing a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery under the guidance of highly skilled, internationally experienced Chefs.
What You'll Be Doing
* Training and learning from a team of qualified, passionate Chefs
* Supporting production kitchens and developing skills across a wide range of culinary styles
* Working towards a nationally recognised trade qualification (Cert III Commercial Cookery)
* Enjoying competitive remuneration within a stable and growing organisation
* Working Monday to Friday, 11-hour days — no weekends
Who We're Looking For
* A genuine passion for food and a strong interest in developing a culinary career
* Hospitality experience (ideally in a fast-paced or bulk food environment)
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Reliable, hardworking, resilient, and able to follow instructions
* Willingness to commit to study outside of work hours
* Local to Karratha or surrounding areas
* Full Australian working rights
Essential Requirements
* Must reside locally (Karratha or surrounds)
* Own transport and accommodation
* Certificate II in Hospitality (advantageous but not essential)
