Avoiding Commercial Risks with Contractual Expertise
About the Role:
* Deliver commercial value through strategic contract management and performance outcomes between our organisation and its contractors.
* Analyse and identify opportunities for cost reduction and value addition in all agreements.
* Lead negotiations, develop and implement contracts, and manage contractual relationships to minimise commercial risk.
Responsibilities:
* Manage key contractual relationships and performance outcomes.

* Manage contractor relationships.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Business, Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Law or related discipline.
* At least 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the mining, resources, and/or construction industries.
* A proven track record in developing and managing a broad range of goods, services, and works contracts.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
* SAP Ariba and SAP MM experience highly regarded.
