Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a diligent and organized individual to fill the role of Administrative Officer. The ideal candidate will deliver accurate and timely support services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating meetings, agendas, and minutes, as well as managing invoices, requisitions, and HR-related administration. They will also maintain databases, SharePoint, and document registers to ensure compliance requirements are met.

Additionally, the successful candidate will provide strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in admin, project or event coordination is desirable but not essential.

In terms of technical skills, the ideal candidate will have proficient Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
