We honor generations of Australian craftsmanship, making each piece a reflection of our heritage and passion for quality.Key responsibilities:Manage, organize and structure wholesale pricing to achieve margin goals and client needsFill out New Item Setup forms, maintain SKU codes, and organize data for new and existing furniture programsWork within the ERP system to create new program SKUs, maintain pricing & SKU accuracyCollaborate with order processing team by keeping orders and amendments in line with current pricing, tariffs, MOQs and other changing factorsWork with our production partners and country managers to ensure production capacities are known and are in line with expectationsNegotiate with factories and suppliers on costing and minimumsFollow up on product information needed, such as specs, dims, packaging updates, or key featuresAdvise the service team on pricing related to Parts and service needsWork with business planning on volume analysis, using sales data and reporting tools for trend forecasting, buy plans and growth opportunities.Import all container shipments into ERPCreate all new SKUs in ERPLiaise with factories to attain shipping documentsCross reference customer PO pricing against agreed pricing fileSkills:Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.Must have an understanding of retail math and marginsPrice Negotiation and cross-functional collaborationProficient and well skilled in Microsoft ExcelExtremely communicative, both by email and phoneStrong attention to detail and ability to work with large sets of data accurately.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Experience using Netsuite is a big plusSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSupply Chain and PurchasingIndustriesFurniture and Home Furnishings Manufacturing
