Among the largest suppliers of contract cleaning services in Australia, we are on the front foot with developing and implementing new technologies to improve service outcomes for our clients using robotics, staff management systems and client portals. This role will be based at the Brisbane Southside Head Office however may require some local and interstate travel to support our operations.
About the role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with Microsoft 365 and Windows administration. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to provide effective day-to-day IT support while contributing to the smooth operation of our systems and services.
Working closely with the CTO and Operational teams you will be a valued team member to the IT department. You will be responsible for provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, support and maintenance of our IT systems.
You will be able to assist in providing service desk support, contribute ideas, and manage and troubleshoot IT-related issues.
Your responsibilities
· Ensuring seamless operation of all systems and activities
· Onsite equipment installation and troubleshooting
· Providing first level helpdesk support via phone, email and face-to-face
· Managing, monitoring and updating support tickets
· Ability to achieve desired KPI (SLA Times and ticket resolution times)
· Provide maintenance and support of desktop and server operating systems and applications.
· Manage the deployment, stocking of and procurement of mobile handsets and tablets.
· Conduct application support for OS upgrades
· Setting up office365 email and accounts
· troubleshooting IT issues with remote sites
· Managing network of mobile devices using device managers
· Manage day to day administration & operations of systems including desktop, laptop PC's, printers, network equipment & associated servers
· Respond to system alerts, prioritizing and resolving incidents to restore service
· Provide an excellent level of customer service
· Skills & Experience
· Minimum 2 years of IT Support/ Admin experience
· Certification or Degree in IT
· Microsoft Certified
· Detailed knowledge and experience of Windows, Office365
· Office 365 Administrator skills – MS Teams, power app, SharePoint. Dynamics 365
· Broad knowledge of computer systems, software and hardware, including server infrastructure and networking
· Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
· High attention to detail and accuracy of work.
· Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a team-focused environment.

· Punctual and reliable
· Driver’s license and vehicle is required
