About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Shared Services Manager to lead and optimise our Group’s shared services functions, ensuring consistency, efficiency and commercial value across all brands. This strategic role works closely with the Group COO to implement robust governance, manage risk and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a high-performing Shared Services team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Provide strategic oversight of project controls, cost reporting and commercial decision-making across the Group.
* Oversee tendering, estimating, and contract administration, ensuring risk management and quality assurance.
* Guide asset management processes and make strategic recommendations.
* Collaborate with business leaders to maintain shared services frameworks and service standards.
About You
* Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role within infrastructure, energy, or industrial sectors.
* Proven expertise in project controls, cost management, and commercial frameworks.
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
* Commercial acumen in tendering, estimating, and risk management.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and professionalism.
* Eligible to work in Australia with a current driver’s licence.
