Job Description
About the Role
We're seeking to employ an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our Finance and Administration team in Kwinana, WA on a Permanent Full-Time basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive & manage customer orders
* Ensure customer queries and service levels are maintained to high standards
* Liaise with the Coogee Transport Team to enable deliveries to be scheduled
* Liaise with internal Production Teams to ensure adequate inventories are held in order to meet customer needs
* Liaise with internal Finance Team to close out the sales/invoicing cycle
The Successful Candidate Will Have
* A strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes and delivering results efficiently
* Experience in dealing with customers and interdepartmental teams
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience with Finance or ERP systems such as Oracle is preferred; on-site training will be provided to the successful candidate
* A self-motivated attitude with sound numeric, written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to work independently or within a team environment
