Role: Site Reliability Engineer
Location: Sydney, NSW
Employment Type: Permanent
Must have:
* Full working rights. No sponsorship available.
* At least 5 years of work experience as an SRE.
Mandatory Skills
* DevOps - CI/CD experience - Github Actions (including scripting)/ Circle-CI
* Clear Communicator - to have had experience working with teams across shores, and be a clear communicator
* Production environment setup experience and Prod/high priority issues - support
* Problem Solving and Debugging Skills
* Incident management experience in a critical system. (aware of ITIL)
Good to have:
* Scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash or YAML.
* Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
* Monitoring tools experience like Datadog, AWS Cloud Watch, New Relic, Splunk, Dyna Trace, etc.
* Other DEVOPS experience with Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, Kibana etc.
* NoSQL exposure (Like - Mongo or Couchbase DB)
* KAFKA
* Hands-on in LINUX
* AGILE - some exposure to AGILE methodology
