We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director for Commodities, Trade and Transition within Westpac Institutional Bank. Based in Sydney, this full-time role is pivotal to the smooth operation of a high-performing leadership team. You’ll be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and events, preparing high-quality documentation and presentations, and ensuring seamless communication across internal and external stakeholders. You’ll also play a key role in supporting team operations, including compliance, reporting, recruitment coordination, and business continuity planning. This is a fast-paced, varied role that requires discretion, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership. You’ll also be part of a collaborative network of EAs and Team Coordinators, sharing knowledge, supporting each other, and driving excellence together. What do I need? Here’s what will help you succeed: Proven experience in a senior administrative or executive support role, maintaining strict confidentiality, ideally within a corporate or financial services environment. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and confidence navigating internal systems.
