About the role:Based at Armidale Hospital, we are looking for a dynamic, motivated Midwifery and Nursing Unit Manager (MNUM) to provide expert support to women and their families across the Maternity and Paediatric Units. On any given day, you will be running team meetings; managing the maternity and paediatric workforce through rostering and performance management; and promoting the existing positive team culture amongst the wards.
