About the Role

We are excited about the opportunity to welcome a new Project Planner to the Plantation Homes team at our office in Springwood.

As a valued member of our Project Planning team, you will play a central role in managing the administrative functions that support the customer journey. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working across teams, thrives in a structured environment, and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Acting as a key point of contact for customers, guiding them through the building process with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinating weekly workflows and managing certification across various stages of the build
- Preparing variations, permits and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure timely project progression
- Supporting internal teams by streamlining administrative processes and maintaining clear communication channels

About You

You are organised, adaptable, and have a natural ability to build rapport. Whether you are an experienced administrator or looking to develop your skills, we will provide the training and support you need. What matters most is your commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and your ability to manage multiple tasks confidently.
