Our mission is to empower cosmetic physicians, dermal clinicians, and aesthetic practitioners with state-of-the-art technologies in laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, and body contouring. The Role
This is a unique, ground‐floor opportunity. As our Product and Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to spearhead our aesthetics market entry and establish a strong, lasting footprint for Aerobe across Australia. Whether you are looking for a full‐time career move or part‐time hours to balance with your current clinic work, you will be the face of our brand in a brand‐new market.
What you will do
Market Expansion: Lead the charge in introducing Aerobe's premium cosmetic devices to the Australian market, identifying and securing new foundational accounts.
Relationship Building: Actively network to build a strong pipeline and trusted relationships with cosmetic clinics, dermatology practices, plastic surgeons, and key industry opinion leaders.
Product Expertise & Education: Develop deep expertise in our systems to conduct engaging product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and onboarding for new clients.
Technical Support: Ensure our early adopters achieve the best ROI and clinical outcomes by providing ongoing technical support and hands‐on training.
Brand Ambassadorship: Help build our local brand presence by creating high‐impact social media content from industry conferences, beauty expos, and technical presentations.
About You
This role perfectly suits a proactive dermal clinician, cosmetic nurse, clinic manager, or technical sales specialist who thrives in an entrepreneurial, start‐up environment and is excited to introduce new technology to the local market.
Key Requirements
A strong background in dermal sciences, cosmetic nursing, beauty therapy, or a related biomedical field.
A self‐starter mentality with a genuine affinity for the medical aesthetics industry and cosmetic technology.
Mobility
You must possess a valid driver's licence and have your own reliable vehicle, with a willingness to travel as required to build our national footprint.
Work Rights
Based in Australia (Sydney) with valid working rights.
Bonus
Hands‐on experience with energy‐based devices (EBD), laser therapies, or advanced dermal treatments is highly regarded.
