**AUSTCORP** is recruiting for an Administration Support Officer. Our customer is a leading civil contracting business throughout Australia providing road surfacing solutions, working with local and state governments, and private enterprises to improve the country's roadways. Due to continued growth within the business, they require an Administration support person to join the QSE team based in Eagle Farm.
This role will be reporting directly to the QSE Manager and will be supporting the Trainer / Assessor to assist in data entry, document control, and ensuring registers are maintained and up-to date.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Data entry and document control
- Managing document compliance
- Helping with quality assurance needs
- Assisting the QSE Manager with tasks as requested
**To be successful**
- Experience within an Office administration setting
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Current Driver Licence
- Able to pass a pre-employment Drug & alcohol screen
Please note initially this role will be a casual contract offering full-time hours Monday to Friday; after an initial period, the position will be assessed with the look of a contract extension.
