Are you a recent graduate, ex‑tutor, or customer service professional who loves helping families and students? We're looking for someone warm, organised, and passionate about making every parent and student feel supported.
Role
Customer Service Representative – Full‑time position, Hybrid available (after in‑person onboarding).
You'll
* Welcome new families and guide them through onboarding
* Coordinate student schedules and progress calls
* Communicate with parents and tutors to ensure smooth lessons
* Solve problems quickly and professionally
* Help every student feel supported and confident through their journey
Schedule and Training
You'll start with a 4‑week in‑office training period alongside our founders and lead team, learning our systems and culture inside out.
Work hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Thursday. Flexible hours on Sundays (e.g., 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Friday and Saturday are scheduled days off.

Compensation
$70,000 – $80,000 (depending on experience)
